Yes you can bring your own, approved by venue manager. We can also provide a list if needed.

No, renter will need to procure permit and bartender.

The following hotels are all conveniently located in Downtown Durham and less than a 10 minute walk to our front door:

What is Durham Bottling Co. and what
does it have to do with Suite Four?

The Durham Bottling Company is a community focused coworking and community space that curates content and hosts events for the greater triangle area with emphasis on the success and improvement of Durham, NC. DBCo is Suite Four’s parent company. The DBCo staff manage, coordinate, and facilitate events and booking for both businesses.

What is the local train schedule?

Suite Four is on a train line directly adjacent to the building. Specific presentations, performances, and announcements for the event spaces should be aware of the following train schedule.

Suite Four follows all local and federal Coronavirus (COVID-19) guidelines. Inquiring parties should refer to the current local guidelines during the time of event which can be found at THE CITY OF DURHAM site.
