Suite Four is the perfect place to host your next event! Featuring 16,000 square foot historic industrial warehouse complex located East Downtown Durham. Suite Four and Durham Bottling Co. offers a variety of unique and customizable space offerings, feel good knowing that your vision can become a reality.

Originally a manufacturing and shipping facility for a bottling enterprise, it later became the home of Budd Piper Roofing. In 2018 it was transformed into a modern industrial workspace that has dynamic seating options, private corners, meeting space, conference rooms, dedicated event space, and a wide selection of private office suites. Large windows and skylights help light the space through the day, warm lamps and varied lighting illuminate in the evening for the night owls.
